Portfolio and performance limitations

Hold and Portfolio Analysis depend on information you import, public market data, coverage rules, and simplified calculations. They are not official brokerage records and may omit or misstate positions, currencies, corporate actions, values, cost information, or gain/loss information.

The current-weight historical price-risk model is a hypothetical, backward-looking model based on current weights and available public prices. It is not actual account history, actual portfolio performance, a forecast, optimization, suitability analysis, or recommendation. It can exclude transactions, cash flows, dividends, distributions, fees, taxes, changing quantities, and actual trade timing.

Take Receipts and recorded Position activity are reconstructed from eligible collaborative Takes and price anchors. They are not brokerage-grade accounting, transaction records, tax-lot records, or private Hold performance.

Market data and news

Quotes, prices, charts, fundamentals, publication metadata, source labels, dates, and other third-party information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or incorrectly matched. Verify important information with an official or primary source before acting.

Portfolio News provides direct-source links and verified public metadata. It does not provide article bodies, AI-written summaries, sentiment, or investment advice. Inclusion, exclusion, ordering, or prominence of a source card is not an endorsement or investment recommendation.

User opinions

Takes, Group Notes, chart annotations, and other user-created content express the views of their authors. They do not represent takehold or Anthony Vecchione. takehold does not verify every user statement and is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on another user's content.

Beta service and errors

takehold is currently offered as a free, publicly accessible beta. Initial outreach may be limited, but eligible users who reach the website may create an account normally. Public account creation does not make Take collaboration, Hold data, holdings, or Portfolio News cards publicly accessible. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features, providers, calculations, data, and availability may change or fail. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of data, correction of defects, or freedom from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, takehold and Anthony Vecchione disclaim responsibility for errors, omissions, delays, interruptions, third-party information, and decisions or losses arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Applicable limitations and exclusions are further described in the Terms of Service.
